This Master User Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you, the User, and Travelo1. About the use of various services that are provided by Travelo1. Using our Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Master User Agreement.

1. Master User Agreement.

1.1 Travelo1, a company incorporated under the laws, with its principal office at 366 N BROADWAY, SUITE 410, JERICHO, NY 11753, provides various travel-related services through its Website (https://travelo1.com), retail outlets, mobile-cellular technology also as through its call-center.

This Master User Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions you will participate in our products and services.

1.2 The term "Travelo1" shall mean Travelo1 Inc. or its subsidiaries or parent company or affiliates.

1.3 The term "Website" shall mean the websites owned by Travelo and through which users can book travel-related services across India.

1.4 The term "Terms and Conditions" shall mean these terms and conditions, policies, and notices published on the Website from time to time, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, which you expressly accept on your use of this Website.

1.5 The term "User" shall mean a user of the Website and any of the Travelo1 Services who is an individual and who has accepted these Terms and Conditions. A person under the age of eighteen years may use this Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian to help them understand their rights and responsibilities under these Terms and Conditions. Any such involvement shall not relieve you from your obligations.

1.6 Travelo1, at its sole discretion, reserves the right not to accept any order placed by the User through the Website without assigning any reason thereof. Furthermore, any contract to provide any service by Travelo1 is not complete until full money towards the service is received from the User and accepted by Travelo1.

2. Use of the Website

2.1 Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Travelo1 grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use this Website solely for your personal use by all applicable laws and regulations.

2.2 You may view our Website from the Internet at no charge. However, to enjoy certain website features, you may need to register with us. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all materials available on the Website are for personal use only and are not for redistribution.

3. Payment of Fees

3.1 All services provided by Travelo1 are limited to the listed amount charged.

3.2 Online Card Payments
Visa, Master and American Express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system owned and operated by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
This payment gateway incorporates cryptographically secured personal identification numbers, which are used to process your card payments. All such transactions processed through this online system are governed by the cardholder agreement that applies to your Visa, MasterCard or American Express Card.

3.4 Gateway charges
Travelo1 may conduct payments through a third-party payment-gateway system (3rd party) for processing payments for the services sold through the Website. However, Travelo1 does not have access to the funds received through the payment gateway system of 3rd party.
All payments conducted through a third party payment-gateway system are governed by the third party's terms, rules, and agreements and not by Travelo1.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1 By using our services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. We want all users who visit or engage with us on any platform, including social media channels like Facebook and Twitter-to feel comfortable about how their data is being used, so we have made it easy for anyone interested in reading them here!

5. Links to Third Party Sites

5.1 The Website may contain links to other websites," Linked Sites," and allow you to subscribe to services and purchase products offered by third parties. Such Linked Sites are not under the control of Travelo1.

5.2 Travelo1 shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any information, data, opinions, advice or statements made on these Linked Sites. In addition, Travelo1 shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to the User in connection with these sites/services. The User agrees and acknowledges that it will use linked sites at its own risk.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 User is required to make requests for any valid and applicable refunds within 90 days of travel date. No refund will be payable if this has not been done. As aforementioned, all unclaimed amounts will become the forfeited property of the vendor.

6.2 Once you submit your cancellation request, we'll start the process of refunding all payments for this course. It should take about 15-20 working days from that point in time.

6.3 If Travelo1 has received the payment through a valid credit card, then User's account will be refunded.
